Then sat a long time for actual exam. If I didn’t have a preference I could have been seen them minutes earlier. If that customer didn’t want other optometrist there. I was taken back 1220, left 1250. It was a 1120 appointment. And I got there 1110. And optometrist was great.

Took time w exam and explained my results and how it relates to my complaints. And what to do going forward. Time lag/being behind could have been explained to me. We had other appointments after this. Could have rescheduled this so rest of day wasn’t a.rush.”
