I have been going to this office for years and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. My visit yesterday was urgent and I went as a walk-in patient (no appointment). I had troubling visual symptoms earlier that day. The staff treated me courteously, and fairly promptly. My favorite optometrist was thorough and professional. She took the time to explain her findings what they might mean and what I should do if I had future symptoms or concerns. I was very pleased with my experience.
